Information

A valid Toboggan Ticket is required for all toboggan runs. The ticket will provide you with all-day access, which may include the use of the Magic Carpet. Tickets are available for purchase online here or at the Information and Ticket window on resort.

 

Single (6 years or over) — $33

 

Child (5 years or under) — $11

 

Child Toboggan Ticket does NOT include toboggan hire and must be accompanied by an adult with Single Ticket.

We’re open 7 days a week during July Victorian School Holidays, and Thursday to Monday for the rest of the season.

 

Gates are open 8AM-4PM. All resort facilities are open at 8:30AM. Last Entry is at 3PM.

Upon entering the toboggan runs, you will be handed a Lake Mountain compliant toboggan to use. This toboggan is to be returned to our team upon exiting the run.

 

External toboggans of any kind are NOT permitted on the ticketed toboggan runs to ensure the safety of all participants.

All ticketed toboggan runs and designated snow play areas are maintained with artificial snow throughout the season when natural snowfall is insufficient.

Mini Run

Closed Beginner Groomed Magic Carpet

A safe, enclosed toboggan run, ideal for toddlers experiencing snow for the first time. The magic carpet makes getting back to the top a breeze.

Village Run

Closed Beginner Groomed Magic Carpet Snow Making

Our family-friendly run, centrally located in the village. With a good length decent and a magic carpet to get back up, it’s fun for all ages.

Toboggan Run 3

Koala Creek Run

Closed Intermediate Groomed

Provides a longer, steeper run for those seeking a bigger thrill. Unlike the other toboggan runs, Koala Creek does not use snow-making and only operates when there is enough natural snowfall.

Questions

Pronounced TO-BOG-GAN,  a long light and narrow plastic-moulded sled (a vehicle that slides over snow) sometimes curved up in front, used for sliding down slopes. It’s a lot of fun!

A Lake Mountain compliant rental plastic toboggan will be provided with the Toboggan Access Ticket for use on the toboggan run only. No external toboggans of any kind will be permitted on the toboggan runs at Lake Mountain.

Yes, for children under 5 years old.

 

For their safety and that of others, children under the age of 5 will need to purchase a child ticket here. Child Toboggan Ticket does not include a physical toboggan, and require an accompanied adult with a valid ticket and toboggan.

Yes, you can! Our rental department stocks a large range of sizes in both shell and insulated jackets and pants, as well as snow boots to keep your feet nice and dry. All items are $29.

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer gloves, socks, goggles and beanies for hire. We have a range of kids through to adults gloves and beanies for sale in our retail shop, with gloves starting from around $20.
