Lake Mountain Alpine Resort Daily Update & Report
We’re excited to welcome you to our mountain! Before you plan your visit, please review the latest updates below for current conditions and today’s activities. Please note, our daily report will be updated by 8:30 AM each morning on our open days. WE ARE CLOSED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY (Outside of the July Victorian School Holidays).
To get the most out of your visit, we recommend checking the weather report for predicted conditions, before making your booking. We Strongly recommend arriving early, when gates open at 8am, and our toboggan runs are still firm and fresh from grooming the night before. The toboggan runs are groomed every night, which provides the best opportunity for the snowpack to set up for the following day, and increase longevity. We do not groom during the day as this is a considerable safety hazard to participants on the slope and doesn’t result in any noticeable consolidation of the snowpack.

Snow conditions have been deteriorating with the warm conditions we have been experiencing. Nothing skiable below helicopter flat, mixed conditions above with washouts on some trails, others holding good snow. All ungroomed.
