The mini series is a great way to introduce young skiers to racing. The event is run by a very friendly and supportive team of experienced skiers. Running over 3 different weekends during the snow season, it provides a great opportunity for families to come along and ecourage the children to race in these fun events. The races are freestyle, which means the kids can choose whether they would prefer to use classical or skate. Offering 3 distances 0.5km, 1.5km or 2.5km it provides youth of all ages and abilities the opportunity to get involved.

Lake Mountain Junior Sprint X – Sunday 15th July  -
A great race for all Junior ages – a mini Sprint X. A race course is created with bump and berms, a great challenge for those racers out there.

If you ever wanted to get your kids involved in a cross country ski race but found it all too daunting, think again. The Lake Mountain Mini Series run by the Mt Bullfight Ski Club introduces kids to the exciting world of ski racing with every child involved getting a prize. All you have to do is turn up.
